The Hub is my online home for practice — a growing library of yoga series weaving together movement, breath, meditation and philosophy, each with its own journalling booklet. New practices are added regularly, and Founding Members lock in their rate as the library grows.

Reading and reflecting on philosophical texts is a central part of how I practise and teach (and how I live my life more broadly). With a strong foundation in practice-led research and traditional Hatha yoga, I enjoy researching, analysing, and weaving yoga philosophy, modern research and science and tantra into my teachings. Click here to learn more about what to expect in my classes, my methodology, and my approach to yoga.

Yoga
Every session is tailored to your individual needs, drawing on the practices of traditional yoga to support both your body and your everyday life. Together we'll explore movement, breath, meditation and philosophy as both techniques and tools for living with greater steadiness, clarity and self-trust.
Whether you're navigating change, seeking more balance, or wanting to deepen your practice, sessions are designed to meet you where you are and support the life you're living.
Creative Recharge
Creative workshops rooted in the principles where making becomes a way to think, reflect and connect. Drawing on my background in art education, each workshop invites you to explore ideas through hands-on making, allowing curiosity to guide the process rather than focusing on a predetermined outcome.
Whether supporting collaboration, creative thinking or meaningful conversation, every session creates space for you to slow down, experiment and discover new perspectives—together.
Talks & Speaking Engagements
Drawing on my experience as a yoga teacher, educator and national programme leader, I share practical insights that invite people to reflect on creativity, community, self-leadership, and the application of yoga philosophy to everyday life. Each talk is designed to spark thoughtful conversation and leave audiences with ideas they can meaningfully apply in their own lives and work.
