Welcome to The Hub, your space to explore online yoga series. Originally created for my online students, these series are now available for you to practise for free, anywhere in the world. Enjoy!
Over six sessions, this series will support you in exploring themes from grounding and heart-opening to empowerment, and self-inquiry through, guided by the chakra system. You’ll cultivate steadiness and ease in the body, a refined awareness of prana, emotional balance through the heart centre and inner strength and discernment.
Back to Balance is a four-session yoga series designed to help you restore balance and a sense of equilibrium. You’ll open the heart, flow with the rhythm of your breath, and move toward inner balance, leaving you feeling centred, steady, and aligned.
These sessions offer a space to recharge, reconnect, and realign with your inner self. The practices gradually rise through the energy centres, supporting a sense of clarity, integration, and conscious direction carried beyond the mat.
