Back to Balance

You didn't come here for another ‘workout’. You came for the practice underneath the postures, the one that changes how you meet your actual life. Here you’ll find free classes and a reflective journal: the class moves your body, the journal — a tool for svadhyaya, the yogic practice of self-study — helps you carry what you notice into the rest of your week.

Enter your email below and I'll send you the journal. Then scroll down, find your space, and begin.

Grounding

In this practice, we focus on grounding to expand. The sessions explores the foundations that support our growth. What are we grounding into so that we can rise with strength and ease? Through asana we cultivate stability to create space for expansion— and we achieve this expansion through our pranayama and meditation.

Softening

The session explores the balance between strength and vulnerability—how we create a steady foundation while allowing ourselves to remain open to connection, love, and compassion. We cultivate a sense of spaciousness in the chest and shoulders, releasing tension and inviting ease. This encourages a free and balanced flow of energy, while our practice connects us to the heart’s wisdom.

Balance

In this sessions we explore how nature is our greatest teacher in balance, showing us the rooted steadiness of a tree and the fluid adaptability of water. This practice is a combination of harmony of power and grace.

Harmony

In this session we focus on balance and harmony. May this practice help us remember that while we may not always control what happens around us, we have the innate ability to shift our energy, harmonising and alchemising negativity into balance.
