I’m Melisé — educator, creative practitioner, and yoga teacher from London. My mission is simple: to help you reconnect with yourself through yoga, creativity, and reflective practice.
My journey into yoga began in childhood, joining my mum as she practised at home with her DVDs. Decades later, a little older and somewhat wiser, I am still practising, still discovering, and still in awe of the depth of this practice we call yoga.
Creativity has been a constant thread throughout my life. From dancing, music, and making with my hands, to working as an art specialist teacher, researching Art Education at UCL, and now leading national art learning programmes at Crafts Council, I continue to explore how creativity supports human growth and understanding, and enriches individuals, society, and culture.
Since 2020, I have led retreats and facilitated workshops blending creativity, education, and community practice across the UK and online. I teach in London studios, work with people internationally, and support practitioners through one-to-one sessions.
Guiding others through reflective and creative practice is a natural extension of my own path, reconnecting with purpose, navigating transitions, and supporting others to do the same.
I’d love to share this journey with you — whether through a class, a workshop, or a conversation. Please do get in touch.
