My journey into yoga began when I was a child, joining my mum as she practised at home with her DVDs. A few decades later, I still return to my practice with the same childlike curiosity and sense of discovery.

Since 2020, I have led retreats, sharing circles, and creative workshops across the UK and online, working with people from around the world, while also teaching in studios across London and supporting practitioners through 1:1 sessions.

Reading and reflecting on philosophical texts is a huge part of how I practise and teach yoga. With a strong foundation in traditional hatha yoga, I weave principles of both hatha, yoga pholisohpy and tantra yoga into my teachings.

My classes and teaching style are welcoming, accessible and clear, bring thoughtfulness and intention to every class, honouring tradition, the richness of our diverse lived experiences, and insights from modern research.

My aim is simple: to help people experience the power of yoga so it can enrich their lives, support inner transformation, and in turn help make society a better place.
