Week 1

This week, we will focus on the theme of rooting. This grounding practice centers on the first three chakras in yoga philosophy: Root, Sacral, and Navel.

The Root Chakra is located at the base of your spine (your coccyx) and governs feelings of groundedness, self-reliance, connection to the earth, and optimism. The Sacral Chakra, situated in your lower back, influences feelings of power, inspiration, creativity, and the ease of life’s flow. The Navel Chakra, which will be the main focus of our meditation, is located behind your belly button. It is associated with self-esteem, personal power, confidence, and wisdom.

This week’s meditation focuses on the themes brought to us by the Full Moon in Cancer, which encourages us to slow down. Sit in a comfortable position and enjoy this 10-minute meditation for clearing negative energy and setting intentions.

Week 2

This week’s class is all about nourishment—nourishing the body, the heart, and the soul. We’ll focus on creating space for self-compassion, creating a mind body connection, and receiving the nourishing powers of the heart centre.

Additionally, this weeks recording and bonus resource is a Perfect Day Visualisation. This meditation is inspired by Dr. Martha Beck. Dr. Beck is a sociologist and an expert on personal exploration and development. The Perfect Day Visualisation is a simple but powerful way to manifest your goals. It helps you get clear on what you want, connect emotionally with your vision, and prepare your mind to take action. By imagining your ideal day in vivid detail, you train your brain to notice opportunities and resources that match your desires. The more you repeat it, the more focused and inspired you become, turning your dreams into reality.

Week 3

This week's practice is all about expansion—opening ourselves up physically, mentally, and energetically to create space for growth and possibility.

This week’s recording is a Yoga Nidra practice, a deeply restful form of guided meditation that invites you to relax both body and mind.

Yoga Nidra aka 'yogic sleep,' helps reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and cultivate a profound sense of calm. In this session, you’ll be guided into an alpha state, where your brain wave frequency links conscious thought with the subconscious mind. You will be in a state between wakefulness and sleep, where healing and relaxation can naturally unfold.

Week 4

This week's practice is all about Rise—flowing through the energy chakras to elevate and awaken and activating each energy center through breath, movement, and intention.

In your journaling booklet, you’re invited to write a letter to your future self. To enhance this practice, you can download a letter template. The content is entirely up to you—it could be a thank-you note, a promise, or a personal check-in. Once you’ve written it, keep it somewhere safe and set a reminder on your phone for when you’ll read it.
